We strive to provide the best online learning experience for all our students. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility

Since our products are digital courses, refunds are available only under specific conditions:

You may be eligible for a refund if:

You have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.
There was a technical issue or duplicate payment during checkout.
The course you purchased is not delivered or accessible due to a verified system error.

Please note:

Refunds are not applicable for completed or partially completed courses.
Refunds are not available for course bundles or promotional offers.
Refunds are not issued if you simply change your mind after purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@devopshint.com with the following details:
  - Your full name
  - Registered email address
  - Order ID / Transaction ID
  - Reason for refund
2. Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
3. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit/debit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is issued:

Your access to the refunded course will be revoked immediately.
Any certificates, badges, or completion records associated with that course will be deleted.

5. Instructor-Led or Live Training

For instructor-led or live sessions:

Refunds are available only if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the first live session begins.
Once the session starts, no refunds will be issued.
